Settings and Administration
Settings contains the account configuration that keeps daily workflows reliable: brands, import formats, data streams, users, and billing.
Brands
Brands define the client or object being analyzed. Most workspace data is scoped by brand, so create brands before importing messages or launching reports.
Upload formats
Upload formats describe how CSV/XLSX files should be parsed:
- source system;
- file type;
- sheet and start row;
- text/date/author columns;
- tag and metadata extraction rules.
Keep formats updated when source exports change.
Data streams
Data streams collect messages from configured providers. A stream has a brand, provider, status, retention period, and provider-specific configuration.
Use Run now for a manual sync and check the latest run status before building datasets from stream messages.
Users
User management is available to company managers. Use it to approve team members, edit profile access, and deactivate users who should no longer work in the account.
Product access
Some sections can be locked by product access. Locked items show a request or pending state. Submit an access request when a workspace, AI report, or data-stream capability is needed.
