Combined tagging session export
Export multiple compatible tagging sessions into one file.
Combined tagging session export
Combined export packs results from several tagging sessions into a single XLSX or CSV file. It is launched from Tagging → Sessions by selecting rows and clicking Export selected.
Compatibility (MVP)
- Selected sessions must share the same instruction.
- Up to 10 sessions per combined export.
- Source export (
Sourcetarget) additionally requires every selected session to share one source system and one metadata shape.
If sessions are mixed, the bulk bar shows a localized hint explaining what to change.
Export scope
- Tagged only — include only messages that were tagged in the selected sessions.
- All messages — include every message from each session's linked upload, even untagged ones. Requires every selected session to have a linked upload.
Targets
- Generic — universal layout with metadata columns plus tag information.
- Brand Analytics — analytics-compatible layout with one column per tag value and a normalized sentiment column.
- Source — replays each session's original source-system export shape; requires shared source system across the selection.
- External system — exports to a configured external target.
Async progress and retention
- Export runs asynchronously in the background. A progress strip on the sessions page shows queue/run/complete state.
- Completed files are available for download from the Exports archive page.
- Files expire after 7 days; you can use Regenerate to rebuild an expired export from the original parameters.
Errors
The bulk bar surfaces actionable errors before submitting, including:
- mixed instructions or workspaces;
- unsupported source-system combinations;
- selection size limit exceeded;
- missing message-set links (for the All messages scope).
