Billing and Access
Billing shows the current plan, usage limits, invoices, and available payment actions for the company account.
Current plan
The plan card shows monthly price, renewal date, and included limits such as messages, tags per instruction, and AI reports when these limits apply.
Plans
Use Change Plan or Choose a Plan to select a subscription. Available prices can depend on legal entity and currency.
Invoices and payments
Open an invoice action to pay an outstanding invoice. After a successful payment, the invoice and subscription state are refreshed.
AI Visibility unlocks
Some AI Visibility runs can be locked behind a payment step. Unlock the run from the report page to access full sections and export.
Product access requests
Workspace, AI Reports, Data Streams, and Custom Dashboards are controlled independently. If a section is locked, submit a request and return after it is approved.
